INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple, diced
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint
  • the juice of one lemon
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup sweetner of choice (Maple, honey or dates)
  • 200g sunflower seeds
  • 200g pumpkin seeds
  • 150g linseed
  • 100g walnuts
  • 150g hemp seeds
  • 100g oats
  • 80g hemp protein powder
